This product is for the serious student, one that is willing to look below and above the obvious written title, IE "DEATH", to consider the interplay of symbols and the relations of the cards to each other. Read More Rating: - Not worth it. I wasn't too impressed with this DVD, especially considering the price ($40AUD) in Australia. Most of the Major Arcana descriptions provide little more than 1/2 baked metaphysics, with very little info that would be useful in an actual reading. Others have done essentially the same thing better on YouTube. Rating: - Not too bad. Not a bad product. The narrator goes over the 22 major cards in some detail. The minor cards get a quick incomplete description. For this price I expected more. Each card should have been explained in detail. The descriptions are nothing you cannot get for free on line; but, for audio learners it is good. It is just incomplete and disappointing. The cards that were discussed had good accurate descriptions. Rating: - Enlighten your Tarot Studies!, I suppose some people found this DVD unhelpful. But, to those of you who are picking up the Tarot for the first time these two DVD's are extremely beneficial. She does not talk to fast. If she talked any faster I would have had to rewind. The key point that is so helpful, is that why she is talking she has a card up in the upper left hand corner of her screen - and as she talks she highlights certain parts of the card and explains to you the meaning of why the image is there. The "instructor" walks us through the major arcana cards, giving insight into all the details and what they may represent. After going through the major arcana, she introduces the minor arcana cards as she sets out several sample readings. She talks about the individual cards as she lays them out and then summarizes the indications of the spread as a whole.
