We pull this book out during a dinner party and let people read their destiny. It never fails to impress. The question is always asked "How do they know me so well?" What follows is usually someone's destiny is read aloud and the group then discusses how accurate it is. If someone says "That is not me", then you can be sure their mate will start the conversation with "Yes it is!" The book is highly accurate and insightful. It is a real key to the subtle way you do things in your life. It is an observation from above. Great book.

This book is a very interesting one. I will say this, however. Due to the "Secret Language of Birthdays," this book will be always compared to it, and therefore seen as a let-down. If you think in those terms, then yes it is, if you don't however, and read it and see the information it contains, it's good. It has some information that is lacking from the Birthday book. At the risk of contradicting myself, I have to say it's less specific, it's more general, and lacks the "shock" that it's predecessor has. It's a good book, but not good enough to get five stars.

As with all astrological and psychic phenomenon the picture is never spelled out in black and white. This book was accurate for me and those close to me, so I can only assume that it would be for others. It's both a good conversation piece and akin to an encyclopedia - a good reference for a bit of insight into the behaviour of others. As with other serious research, really boring into the meat of the matter requires additional references and study. I applaud the author, for to compile all of this insight into one book is truely a significant accomplishment. For around $20 I would say that this book is indeed a great buy! ...and this is a completely objective review.

Goldschneider and Elffers are back with another book to help you define yourself and those around you. Here, they suggest that there are 48 different "Karmic Paths." 48 is clearly a very important number, since there were also 48 different time periods in their "Secret Language Of Relationships" book. (Was it 12 zodiac signs multiplied by the 4 seasons?)
At any rate, here, by determining your birth date, you can find out which Karmic Path you are on, and see how best to utilize it, based on which of the 48 "weeks" you are following.
This concept may be a bit difficult to grasp for some, and the tables are the most complex of any of the three books in this series, but it's worth it to take some time and read through it. I found some fascinating insights about both myself and friends.
Recommended.

My wife and I were AMAZED at the truths found in this book. For instance, I am a "Sagittarius II". Original, eccentric, kooky and eclectic. For years, in my youth, I sought acceptance by being a "people pleaser" type: I wanted to be accepted by "trying too hard". When I forgot about success & popularity (as the book states) in my late twenties, it suddenly found me, as if by magic! On a lighter note, because I am definitely an off-the-wall personality, I found life is much easier once I accepted this fact and by surrounding myself with friends who encourage/appreciate my zany/whacko way of seeing things. By letting go of our ego, our garden of positive thoughts, i.e. our REAL SELVES come into fruitation. Because we are all given particular gifts and idiosyncrasies, the book guides us all according to our own particular character traits! A bravura work. I agree with another reviewer in that these guys really ARE onto something!
