It is a great video that is easy to follow. It really helped my husband feel a part of the pregnancy. He didn't get to feel all the things I did as my body changed and the baby grew, but he did feel good about being able to still be involved with it all in some way and give me some really soothing support. We even used some of the techniques in labor so that, even though I was induced, we were able to go pain medication free! I highly recommend this video. Now that we have had our little guy, we still use some of the massage techniques to relax each other. The leg and foot stuff is heaven for men or women, pregnant or not!!

I loved this video. My husband found it very easy to follow and he gave me a wonderful massage on my legs & feet, back & shoulders and my head & neck. The music was very relaxing and the techniques were clear and easy to understand. I felt great and he was so happy to bring me some relief during my last few months of pregnancy. I highly recommend this video to all pregnant couples!
