The book explained a lot of things and it was very interesting to read. The only problem I had was that I didn't get the DVD with the book. There was supposed to be one but it was gone. The DVD was supposed to help you reach your spirit guides. Love to read her books cause they are always very interesting an helpful.

Rating: - Sylvia Browne tapes are worth the money
I am speaking only from my personal experience that I recent purchased this CD and it was really interesting. I have seen her on TV many times and alway wanted to see her in person but she never came here to FL that I was aware of. This program is well worth the money to listen too. The music in the background while listening to her speak is very calming and soothing. She teaches you how to relax and let things go in this tape while also reading for some of the people in the room. I do hope someday to meet her in person to answer some of my questions but for now I will be purchasing more of her CD's for sure.
