This female Capricorn is still blushing! I was startled to read a couple of the specifics (no, I do NOT bite), but give it an overall 90% accurate. The only "issue" I had was that the sign compatability sections weren't consistent. Cancer-Capricorn is different than Capricorn-Cancer, which seems a bit counterintuitive to me.

This book is obviously a bit dated. Many of the author's statements written in the late 70's are totally unsubstantiated by any facts or figures. For example, the author states that a Scorpio male will not take NO for an answer even to the point of rape. The author tries to substantiate these broad conclusions by referring to one or two personal acquaintances or hearsay. For the Pisces female, the author states that her dependent nature can lead her into a master-slave relationship. Again, this just doesn't jive with the current BDSM activity and communities I've known. Yes, the Piscean female can be dependent but master-slave relationship? Just how did the author reach that conclusion? Overall an entertaining book that does offer some insights into the personalities of others but readers should bear in mind that the book was written in the late 70's and not take it as absolute gospel.

I bought the book 7 years ago.I amazed at its accuracy.It help me to know many kinds of person. The content of THE LEO is my 'portrait'.It taught me how to communicate with my wife,two younger brother,my friends etc.THANKS ,AUTHER!!!

This is one of the first books that I have read on astrology that has been so close to home that it gave me the creeps. I was amazed at how exact this book was. It told a side of me that very few men have ever seen. I highly recommend this book for those who are either very intune to themselves or are willing to get intune and experiment.

I always rate this kind of book by first looking at myself. It's about 85%-90% on target. I started letting my friends read it and it seems pretty consistent that it is correct in 85%-90% of those who read it. Not a bad roadmap for the journey of relationships. If I had this book 6 years ago I would not have gotten married to my ex in the first place!
