Editorial Review:
Product Description: John Favreau directs the first ever feature based on the famous Marvel character created by Stan Lee.
The music in Iron Man plays a powerful role in the viewer's experience with an epic soundtrack from composer Ramin Djawadi (Prison Break) as well as several bonus tracks including 'Institutionalized' by Suicidal Tendencies.

There has often been dispute amongst soundtrack collectors as to the merits of mostly electronic scores. Gems such as "National Treasure" and "Con Air" have proven that electronics can not only be effective, but downright awesome... This album does nothing for either argument. This SOUNDTRACK is very good. The music is fun and makes you remember all the exciting moments of the movie. I recommend it.

Great Sci FI Fantasy genre. The special effects are outstanding. Good mix of romantic interlude (not enough to be mushy), and action. Robert Downey does a good job of protraying a suave a fair millionaire playboy and action hero. A few of the scenes are a little weak but they're forgivable since they're sandwiched in between either good action scenes or good interlude shots between Downey and Plathow. Good tease at the very end with a continuing sequel.

My bad...should have looked at the play list, now I'm stuck with it -No AC/DC back in Black, and NO Ozzy. If you like the same instrumental song over and over and over again -just slightly different then have at it. I'm not saying its a "bad" instrumental just not what I wanted.

Very disappointed with the cd, I bought it with the hopes that the songs from the previews and in the movie would be there. NO, appears to be instrumental, which is ok if you are into that. But I like to crank up the radio and sing outloud...its hard to do with no words!
