Customer Reviews Average Rating: Rating: - Great Quality First off, these shoes are very well made - so don't worry about that. Second, get a half size smaller than you would normally get in a dress shoe. Because of the nature of this shoe (slip-on), it will not be as snug on you as a normal lace-up dress shoe, but it's nothing that can't be fixed with some thicker socks. These are very comfortable for long periods of walking. The sole of the shoe will get worn with excess use on hard, scratchy surfaces. I would definitely recommend this shoe. I sized mine off of another pair of Bostonian loafers that I have and thought I would be fine. However, these shoes seem to be about a half size small or so. However, shoes did not seem to be accurately sized, and were approximately 1" longer than all other size 8 1/2 shoes I own.
