This book is excellent - I now have four South Beach Diet Cookbooks and this is by far the best, easiest, and quickest recipes. Everything I have tried has been easy to follow and yummy.

I decided to try a diet for the first time in my life when I lost the baby weight I had put on, then gained it all back by the time my son was 8 months old. Also, I have been trying to feed my son healthy foods, and noticed that I was often not eating healthy food myself. My father in law had sucess with his diet the year before, so I thought I would try it. This cookbook provided lots of easy recipes for all phases of the South Beach Diet. They were not only quick and easy, but very flavorful. They helped us to stay on the diet and not feel deprived.
