Description: In Out of the Ashes, one woman is forced to choose between two horrifying acts of evil, and ultimately finds the courage to make the right choice. Based on actual events that occurred during World War II that chronicles the life of Dr. Gisella Perl, a woman who lost her entire family and was forced to start life over in America.

To think that one human being devised ... Read More

A beautifully acted and produced movie. I highly recommend it for the quality and the story. I've got a library of 150 books on the Holocaust, and about 20 movies, and this one is definitely one of my favorites.

Difficult to watch at times due to content, despite the fact that it won an Oscar for cinematography, the truth is often tough ... Read More
