I mostly use mine to make french toast and bacon. I like the fact that I can make an entire breakfast and only have 1 thing to clean. The heating is even throughout but I do need to set the heat lower than the recipe instructions, for example if the recipe calls for 375 degrees, I use 300 degrees. Right off the bat I knew this was not going to go well. The temperature range was was off (250 degrees on the dial got me over 350 on the surface of the griddle).
