Description: In The Monsters Emerge, you'll discover how a dinosaur tooth, found in the 1820s, opened the door to a worldwide fascination with the creatures more intense and long-lasting than anyone could ever imagine. See how skeptics became aware of the astonishing fact that unknown 'monsters' lay buried in their distant past. Meet a pair of feisty and competitive American scientists waging a 'bone-hunting' dinosaur war. Join an expedition to the remote Gobi Desert with a real-life 'Indiana Jones,' Roy Chapman Andrews, as he stumbles across the first dinosaur egg ever found. And unearth some intriguing explanations to questions that have gone unanswered for centuries.
