Rating: - ELVIS AT HIS BEST In my opinion, this is the best movie Elvis made. It shows his natural ability to act, and if Parker had not been in control and allowed Elvis good parts, people would have a very different opinion on Elvis' Hollywood career. King Creole is a close second to this movie. The music in this movie is awesome! She recently wed after the film and was killed with her new husband in a car crash very shortly after the film wrap. Elvis, who was very fond of her, (she made only one other film-Bop Girl) vowed never to watch the film as it was too painful to see the late Ms Tyler- so full of life- with so short a time to live. Rating: - For Elvis fans This was his third movie. Not much of a movie but the jail house rock number rocks. I actually enjoyed watching this movie more with the commentary on because this is realy more a nostalgic look at Elvis the movie itself is not that great.
