Rating: - I Loved This Book As another reviewer said, it is hard work, but worth it. It made me look inward and really take a look at things. I'm glad I went through the work. This was my first book by this author. Rating: - love it...but hard work i've only done the first few exercises, they are pretty hard for me :D it's actually the hardest work i think i ever done on myself ! well worth the money :D Rating: - Helpful but painful I found this book helpful for working out what my subconscious expectations were in different areas of my life (career, relationship, health etc)which was actually quite painful. I was then guided to create affirmations to change my expectations. Highly recommended if you want to do some soul searching. I'm putting this review on each of Louise Hay's titles to warn people who fall into believing that this is a caring, compassionate person. I met her recently at an event and was about to compliment her on one of the books her company publishes that Dr. Dyer wrote for children.
