Very easy to read and understand. Indian Astrology seems to be more accurate in it's predictions than other books. Strongly recomend.

This was a great book to help me understand the Vedic or Indian astrology which I find to be better than the one we typically use in the US.
I highly recommend this book.

Use Indian based astrology to uncover the secrets of a Vedic star sign with the aid of this book, which includes spiritual insights from other Indian traditions including yoga. Indian Astrology explains differences between Western astrology and Vedic mysticism and does an excellent job of providing charts and accompanying details illustrating Indian history and spiritual traditions in the realm of astrological research.

I bought this book because I enjoyed the author's previous book, "Essentials of Vedic Astrology", a beginner's book which I would recommend without hesitation. This book, however, is a slick, glossy presentation that focuses mainly on the nakshatras (108 of its 144 pages), but is somewhat misleading in that they are equated with western sun signs ONLY, while in "Indian" astrology, the nakshatras are usually applied to the Moon, or the lagna (Ascendant)before the sun.
