This book has a good overview of Holistic Health. I'm using it in my Holistic Health class and find it very interesting. The read is easy. It gives you a general idea of the different types of Holistic Healing.
I especially like the list of vitamins they have in Chapter 2 or 4. It talks about what the vitamins are important for and what food it can be found in.

I bought this book for a class in Holistic Health Practices. It is well organized and well written. It is a little boring to read, because there are no illustrations or graphs. Out of five books, I chose this one on Holistic Health. Its scope just can't be matched. After checking it out from our enormous library in Fresno, I decided to buy it on Amazon for its constant reference value. I also decided to read it from cover to cover - not just hit and miss; otherwise, I might miss something.

Nutrition especially has the potential to be as potent as medication, without the side effects. ... Read More

These books were required reading in my Holistic practice. I found both these books very informative. I put to practice some information found in the Wrinkle Cure book and have been getting comments that I now look 40 when in actuallity I am 62. I have been able to pass this information onto some of my patients and they are trying it on themselves. The American Holistic Association Guide reinforced some of the teachings that I had just finished in getting my degree in the Holistic Method of healing. ... Read More
