The book introduce to us simple character that act as a form reaction so to say. In life we will run into complication. In life we will encounter unexpected change if we don't already know that there are molds growing. In life we will allow fear to inhibit our senses of the need to let go of our comfort zone and venture.

As a corporate director of human resources, it is a good day when I find a book that can actually be put to good use in our managerial training. This is one of those books. I was required to read this book for a college class. One of my classmates and I were skeptical of how this book could be of any help, since it is not the scientific literature we're used to reading. Who Moved My Cheese is a classic that uses a story without the burden of extra detail to force you to put your own life into the situation, and learn from it. It's true that this method isn't for everyone, but the book is popular for a reason: it helps people.
Who Moved My Cheese has that special something that most fables lack. It makes you think. The only other fable I've seen accomplish this in the last decade is Squawk!: How to Stop Making Noise and Start Getting Results.
