Was so glad to get back to the great style of this author. Rating: - Cute... but... It was a somewhat cute story, but something was missing... I tried so hard to like this book, but it just wasn't working for me... This is the first book from D'Alessandro that I wanted to skip to the end... It was either too fast or too slow... and overall, something was missing from the characters... I generally love D'Alessandro's books, but this one had me wanting to skip all the way to the end... Read More Rating: - please NO 'waggling' eyebrows I like Jacquie D'Alessandro's writing and the storyline of this book. I liked the hero and heroine tremendously. However, the majority of the time spent between the hero and heroine were of them having sex, and that's the majority of the book. Some scenes were hot, some got boring. I wanted more plot less fluff, more of the other characters. It drove me nuts when the characters 'waggle' their eyebrows...it's too Gaucho Marx to be sexy.
