I mean did she have to discribe every thought, every feeling, before and after a character speaks. It was so annoying. For instance... a character says something and it takes about two or three pages to get a responce from the other character. This author is definitely not for me. Some books you see how the characters are attracted to each other in a physical way, but you don't necessarily understand how they come to love each other or truly get to know one another. Loved those two aspects and I really liked the way the heroine thought and talked. What I didn't like was how the heroine was made to seem like such a nerd at all times...her glasses always hanging askew at the end of her nose and she always pushing them back or they were always fogging from something. This book was full of lines that were entertaining or had me chuckling. To give readers a flavor, I've quoted two scenes below.
