A dear friend of mine gave me this book for Christmas last year. Read More Rating: - Great self-help book This book is easy to read and laid out in away that is easy to make use of the information. The ideas are great, with lots of real life examples. I also listened to the version on CD and that is also a great way to digest the information. But I recommend reading it too, because it was exercises throughout the book to examine how the principles can work in your own life. I wish everyone used these principles in their lives.
